do ineed new gaskets?
ok im gonna replace my head gasket tomorrow.... i have instructions but what im wondering is do i need to replace the valve cover intake and exhaust manifolf gaskets as well?? someone told me that once you take off the valve cover gasket.. that gasket needs to be replaced.. ??

You don't NEED to replace the valve cover gasket. When I painted my valve cover I replaced mine but just because I might as well if it's already off you know. It's like $8 at the dealer so I mean you could if you wanted to.

you don't need to replace it...just use some hondabond or gasket maker where the valvecover makes that angle...by the distributor and on the opposite end

if you take the intake manifold off, you'll want to replace that gasket. Make sure you get EVER last spec off, or else your engine will be revving and mad at you.
