newman can get just the motormounts w/o the linkage for 290 shipped because alot of times the shift linkage will come w/ the swap and is better because its non adjustable and is stiffer than the one included in the kit

my engine had it cut off so no linkage for me and i lost out on my core charge for my adj shift linkage i bought...i was not happy b/c the place i ordered from said it came with axles and shift linkage

i'd wait to make sure you get the linkage b/c of the package deal...or have the seller take a pic of the engine with a full shift linkage and/or other parts to come with it

Ok, question. How hard is it to install a B18b1 from a 94 integra ls into a crx hf. I Really like this engine, and was wondering if it was harder to install than a b16. Plus I can get one for cheap as crap. I know the b18c1's are kinda a pain since there are clearence problems, but what about the b18b1. Any info would be cool.

not hard at all... i'm not sure about clearance issues with the hood. but it shouldn't be hard

the b18c1 and c5 have a slightly taller head making clearance the problem

the b18b or b18a do not have a problem...they are about as tall as a b16a and fit in there easily...with the hf you know you'll have to change the front knuckle/hub/spindles b/c they only accept the small puny hf axles
