ohhh.....ok.

rear bumper might be missing some of the mounting clips, or maybe the slides could be worn/loose.

the hood, try increasing the height of the rubber pieces i mentioned earlier. if the noise is coming from near the latch, the increased pressure applied to the latch from the rubber stops pressing up on the hood will help cut the rattle.

Are you sure that your exhaust isn't rubbing your sway bar? That is a common problem with ST sway bars.
