how to break crank bolt?!?

seeing as the motors in hondas run backwards this trick will work with EVERY OTHER CAR other than h/a. on this car it will over tighten the bolt, and if youre anything like me, you'll snap it in half:

My bro used a breaker bar. Then put the end of the bar on jack and pumped the jack till the bolt came loose. Of course, the engine was out of the car so it was a tad easier to do this way, as opposed to it still being in the car.

with it out of the car i took the starter off and jammed the back of a channel locks in the flywheel, than i had my dad put a breaker bar on and jumped on it. it came off pretty easy.

in the car is another story :happysad:

well i would say if i have to do it again i will either buy or rent an impact capable of 300+ ft/lbs.

i heard that mexican zone has a tool that makes it pretty easy though.
