Default Very High Idle

So I just rebuilt my d16a6 and put performance manifolds on it. Finaly had time to get it back together last night and it idles at 4200 rpms..... It starts out right but then within 2 seconds it levels off at 4200. So it has to be a vaccum leak in the intake manifold right? I pulled all the misc. item tubes and plugged them with a finger to make sure a component wasn't leaking. Well tonight i will take the throttle body off and make sure it isn't leaking air, but has anyone ever seen this before?
