The only sensor on the throttle body there is is the TPS sensor and you car will be ****ed up without that working right.

TPS, throttle position sensor. GPS is Global Positioning System of which your car definitely does not have. A broken TPS will cause your idle to have a mind of its own.

It can cause your engine a lil lean or rich, but nothing that serious. I'd still fix it asap.
