I was wondering about putting An H22 motor in My CRX and how much money and trouble Am I looking at getting into? And Maybe What kinda of horsepower jump I'll get With the Motor! Can Anybody lend some advice?????

lots of money, lots of time, lots of cutting and welding. Lots of horsepower, say goodbye to handling. You're putting a driveline into a CRX that was intended for a car that's a foot longer, 1,000 pounds heavier, and with a suspension that's built for it. You're going to want stiff coilovers, big swaybars, wide sticky tires, huge brakes and as much frame stiffening as you can get if you want the car to be good for anything other than drag racing.

Thanx for the Info And got another question for ya. Will all the money and work pay off in the long run if i was looking to make my car faster and stronger.

put in a b18c1 or b18c5...c5 will give you near the hp and no cutting/ welding...just a little banging...that's a better idea

the c5 has such high compression, all you could do is n/a.

I say go with a b20vtec if you want that grunt that the extra displacement will give you.

but think about that...b20/vtec?...uhh...i know tons of people have done it but it takes lots of money to make it work right...it's a low-revving block with a high revving head...doesn't really work out as well...that is with the exception of lots of money...my 2 cents
