Default Removing Rear seats 91 HB

I can't get the dang seats out of the rear of my 91 Civic Si HB, all else is stripped but removing the left to right bar running through the two rear seats is quite impossible. Help. Thanx

They are easy to take out. First on the very end of the seat on the side towards the outside of the car where the pivot point for the seats are are black clips on the pivot points, pull them off (might need some pliars), now push the seat toward the center of the car and pull them out, do the same for the other half. Now flip up the trunk carpet to expose a single bolt holding the bottom part of the seat from flopping around, remove it and angle the seat forward and pull upward.
