Default What do I need to paint my car?

I have already sanded, primered, sanded, and reprimered. What do I need to do from here and what will I need to do it? I am running low on cash and I want to at least get my ride painted temporarily for right now.

Do you have a paint gun and compressor. You'll need those two things if your going to do an ok job. Spray cans can work but not if you want it to look good.

if you can just move your arm at the same speed for the whole leinth of the car until its done... then borrow the gun/compressor... macco would be better than have to deal with that shit

If you go to maaco make sure you have gotten your imperfections out and tell them not to paint your trim. Maaco can do good work but since most of their work seems to be just regular stuff they don't really put much effort into it. Tell them what you want so it gets done the right way and make sure they write down exactly whats going to be done so you don't get screwed. Its not uncommon for their cheapo jobs to start cracking after 6 to 8 months so choose wisely.
