mirrors, pop off the triangle plastic thing on the inside. you maybe have to remove the adjuster knob first. Once the plastic is out, take out the three screws, adn you're done. To get the adjuster knob off, thee is a little cap, take that off, and there's a small screw holding the knob on.

Weatherstripping can be had from the dealer or from windsheild replacement companies. Look them up in the phone book, there should be a few to choose from.

u doing it urself? painting the mirrors are fun cuz they are like a funky plastic material, remove ur tires or cover them well to avoid over spray, and dont do a crappy job, avoid accidentally getting ur finger over the nozzle, cuz itll drip all over ur car and ruin what ur trying to do, i spray painted my friends hatch it was time consuming and came out ok i guess, not bad looking but not really professional looking either,

first time? remember very wide strokes and stay 8-12 inches away from the frame, and dont apply to generously if u see it start to drip ur screwed, absolutely screwed, so dont let it get that sticky
