Default Replacement windshield glass for 91 civic si

My original windshield glass lasted alot longer than the replacements I've had. There are a couple different OEM windshields. Can anyone tell me which one is better and will last longer?

I've never heard of a windshield "wearing out" before. If it's an OEM windshield, wouldn't the dealer be the best source of info?

Plexiglass is illegal for windshields in a street car in most states.
Now-to the replacement - go to a glass shop and they can use PPG, LOF or Honda. Many other brands-but those are the best you can get at a fair price. If the car has Comprehensive insurance-that pays the bill less deductible. Whatever you do have the shop put a NEW seal kit on. Total could be around $300.
