Hey crxb16er, man it's my first car and I'm a noobie to all this stuff, so I didn't know how to do half the stuff that was on there, and I thought it was a pretty good deal :madfawk:

i deleted the post b/c it was uncalled for...there is nothing wrong with buying a car with the swap already done to it...in fact i know several friends who have bought them that way and had to fix the cars as the swap was done incorrectly

yah wasn't flaming you at all, i was standing up for you actually. I think you got a great deal. like i said before some people like to do all the work themselves (me personally if i can do it i will, but that is only cuz im cheap, i let someone else do the labor when i know its going to be done right.) and some people like to buy the car that they want. congratulations on such a good find.

thanks man, I just figured for what was done to it for that price it would cost me way more 2 do it myself and also a lot of time which I don't have right now. Had all the basics I wanted as far as engine etc. I was in the market for one for almost a month b4 i came across this one, so I took my time in findin the best deal.

unfortunately when i got mine i didnt have enough money to buy one with the engine swap. got mine for 1300 btw, but i ended up immediately spending 3000 more for the b16 and quite alot more for other extra's total ive spent abuot 7k on mine so far, and the paint is still pretty crappy. i see your new to the board, welcome

see that's what i figured usually with just a swap it's gonna be around 5 g's, so basically i got everything else that was done for free almost and thanks for the welcome.
