16's on a CRX look really nice, but if you're gonna do any kind of performance driving, don't get anything bigger than 15's. If performance is not a concern, you don't need to worry about light-weight or anything, so just get some nice looking 16's.
If you're looking for something that will improve performance, find a light-weight set of 15's. SpeedMasters (good prices, generic design), Rota (nice wheels, little more expensive) and SSR (very very expensive) are options.
For a teal Rex, a set of bronze, black or gunmetal wheels would look excellent, I think.

I've always been a fan of mix-and-matched stock alloy wheels. GS-R rims come in a few different styles by years, 92-93 14" six spoke, 94-95 15" five spoke, etc. If you want slipstreams, just buy them and forget about the other guys, it's your car.

Set your car up the way you want, that's what makes it your car. But yea, since we all agree, the slipstreams do look really nice. That's what I want for my own crx.

i would go with some hx's with nice tires or some nice panasports... both are very light and both look good..... the panasports as the name kinda saz are wide and nice.. functional too cooling fins and all..
