i don't know if this make much sense? but for one my cooling fans don't come on...ui think i needa new cooling fan relay.
i just refilled my coolant res. tank and i had it to max. Well today i looked at it and its all gone? what does this mean?
btw its snowy and about in the 20 degrees....... and im using heat..could this be why my res coolant tank is emtpy?
am i over heating? but my thermo is new and stays at normal hight...
or am i good?
thanx

Take off the cap to the radiator. Turn on the car and let it run for 15 minutes. See if the level goes down. You might have a huge air bubble in your radiator.

like he said above, let it run until the thermostat opens, or the fan kicks on to cool it down, then check the level.....u might have to put it in a garage or something to get it to run warm, or just to do it quicker.....

did u bleed your coolant system? maybe thats why ur eating up coolant, bleed your system and then see if its still doing the problem. its recomended that u bleed the system when u change out the thermostat and antifreeze. i need to do the same to my crx, cause my temp needle jumps around sometimes.i also just replaced the thermostat in my dads accord. and it was also doing the needle problem and after i bleed the system it went away.
see if your temp needle jumps around when you corner hard or u push the car to redline. thats when my needle fluctuates, it never goes up higher then halfway but it goes all the way down to the C then back up to the halfway mark
