Instructions? no. But, it can be done.
The ECU should have the same shape plugs, so it'll plug right in. But, you have to run wiring for the two additional fuel injectors and put in an MPFI injector resistor box.
Your safest bet would be to get the Honda wiring diagram for the engine bay wire harness, and also the Honda wiring diagram for the Integra ECU. That way you can compare wire by wire and make sure you're putting the spliced ones in the right places.

why not just use an ex auto ecu from 88-91
The MPFI converion is just the same as what's list on my website in the swap "how-to" section. You're just not swapping and engine
