Leaking...
today it rain pretty hard...
looked back and the hinges of my rear view window and crap was leaking!
my cousin has the same problem on his crx....
how should we fix it?

Which rearview mirror? The side ones or the one actually inside the car? If it's the one on the inside I'd say its because the leaky ass sunroof is probably making water go in your headliner and then it drips out the screw holes for the mirror.

Well, if you do have a sunroof, you'll have to make sure those drain channels are clear. Also make sure the rubber gasketing is in good shape. If it's the rear hatch that's leaking, check the gaskets aka weatherstripping. Also make sure that there's no crud in along the hinges...
Heh, whenever I look at someones car, I can almost guarantee that they don't clean out inside the hatch, under the hinges or clean the leaves out of the cowl behind the engine bay. Having old leaves there, decomposing is the fast track to rust.
Keep in mind, the newest CRX is now 12 years old...high time for rubber bits to start going south.
