Yeah, the CX (D15B8) pistons have four valve notches each for use with a 16v head. They should have only had two each for use with the 8v head, but Honda cheaped out and basically slapped an 8v head on a 16v DX block and called it a B8. Crazy sh*t, but it works just fine and has been going... about six months now.
