The VTEC engines also have their head dowel pins on the opposite side of the deck then Non-VTEC engines, so the VTEC head must have the 9mm holes opposite their 14mm dowel holes reamed to 14mm to accept the dowel pins on the same side as a Non-VTEC block.
The standard PR4 Non-VTEC head gasket is used for this build.

RS: second and third generation base model.
LS: second and third generation middle model, became the third generation base model around '99.
LS-S: second generation, slight upgrade over LS.
GS: second generation premium model.
SE (Special Edition): premium third generation.
Since the "LS" is the most common Non-VTEC Integra, this trim level designtion became a nickname for the engine.
