87 DX Hatch No Start
Car had been sitting for about one month. Went to start it it started initally at which point it sputtered while all warning lights were still on then quit. After that it refused to start it sounds like its hitting on all 4's just not starting.
Could the choke on the carb be stuck closed? Fuel lines frozen? (It is connecticut and many of those 30 days were below 32 degrees). Any ideas are appreciated I am going to try again tomorrow. Cross your fingers and pray.

Beyond that, you may need to get a can of carb and choke cleaner and spray in the fuel inlet to free up the floats and needles, and spray the carb to make sure all the linkages are working and free. Now would be a good time to change fuel filters to eliminate that as a potential problem as well. There is one in the engine bay, and one back near the gas tank on the driver's side.

The fuel pump is near the distributor, fed off the camshaft. You can pull the fuel line off the carb and put it in a bottle while someone cranks the car to see if you're getting fuel flow.
