How much would you pay for a 1989 Honda CRX Si with 182k miles on it? The body has bad hail damage and one side is rusted through all over and covered with some sort of black rubber-ish crap, so pretty much the body is junk.

I just want a fun beat on it/daily driver.

i personally wouldnt give you more than 5 if its as bad as you describe, but i can see it fetching upwards of 1k from someone stupid.

If it runs soundly, I'd give 750-850. It'd be a great 2nd car.

yeah thanks. I was thinking a little less but it will probably go for more like u said. Its been sitting there for about 3 months for sale. That means either he wont go down in price or no on wants it (or both). At first the guy wanted like $2,000-2300 but then a friend of mine got him down to 11 or 1200. THEN, we went and looked at it up close for about 5 mins and saw that it isnt worth a grand. That was a month or two ago. It just looks good from far away.


I guess i'll just have to stock the guy a little.
