hmm i think i changed my mind again...
ok i was all set to do a ZC/ junkyard turbo in my car b4 i wrecked. than i started liking the b16 again. well yesterday my buddy (drives a talon TSI AWD) bought a parts car (talon TSI FWD) w/ a blown head. good news is the turbo is in great shape (no shaft wobble or stress cracks, and the compressor and turbine wheels look to not be bent or chipped at all) he told me i could have the turbo/intercooler manifold and piping for like 250-300, than i remembered WHITERICE talking about how the manifolds almost line up w/ the ZC.
being that the ZC's are only like 600 i think this will be the route im going to take. it might not be the fastest thing in the world but i'll be happy w/ high (hopefully mid) 14's runnin about 10 PSI w/ different injectors and a zydine (sp?)

That sounds like a great deal. I've got a T-25 myself. You'll need to get an hf exhaust manifold or a CX, I think VX's are usuable too. You'll also need an adapter plate made. I've got an email of a guy who makes them, if you want I can give it to you. I"m not sure if the intercooler wiould be a direct fit....it's not the side mount kind is it/!? those are $hit in my opinion and a PITA to install.
Zdyne is nice. I'll probaly be getting the Gold package this spring (tax check, $800 is alot of money though!!!!).
The ZC's can handle up around 8 PSI, antying after that it's kind of a gray area. NOt sure if the stock internals will be able to handle 10 or not. Just letting you know!! You'll definately hit 14.25 if not better w/10 psi. As long as you are close to sea level. We here in Denver aren't that lucky and have thin air to compete with.
If you have any questions, holler.

this is the older 14b turbo i will prolly run 8-10 PSI VIA a turbo XS boost controller and use the side mount kinda like CWBETB's setup the fuel will be controled using the APEXi SAFC cause i really cant afford a zdyne right now but it will be on my list
do u think this is a good setup
