No because your AWD is driven through your tranny which is a D-series tranny, so B motor won't bolt up to it. If you somehow wanted to attempt to swap over CRV tranny and engine to your car god bless you but I don't think it's ever been done. You can drop in a normal B but you will lose your AWD.

Since when do you have to go B-series to go with a DOHC engine?
A D-series teg engine or DOHC ZC will fit in the AWD wagon, although I can't remember if the transmission is a direct fit [I believe it is, but gasoline fumes should be able to jump in and confirm]. The concern with the wagon AWD is that the rear wheel drive diff is fairly weak, and it's ability to handle more than 130HP raises concerns.
If you're not concerned about retaining AWD, then you could certainly swap in any engine you would in any other civic, just removing the AWD components.

Hahahahahhahahahahahahaha Civic Truck is awesome. If you do that I salute you. However it's not like it can be made out to be a Hemi Ram or something.
