Default Motor qusetion

What kinda Hp would i get from my stock hf block with an si 16v head with si fuel system and ecu ?? I noticed the dx makes 92 hp with the 1.5 and dual point injection. and the si 1.6 makes about 108.?

Well, you are going to need to swap out the pistons as well, you might as well just swap in an entire Si motor. The HF head only has 8 valves and the HF pistons only have reliefs for 8 valves. This means that putting the Si head on a HF block would result in bent valves.

Just swap the motor out.

exactly. Also, if you wanna have some extra power without hasseling with VTEC, you can use a D16A6 (88-91 CRX Si) engine block with a D16Y7 (96+ non-vtec sohc 16-valve) cylinder head. The Y7 head has larger valves, and combined with the A6 domed pistons, you get 10.5:1 (somewhere around there) compression. Bolts right onto the A6 block, no VTEC to worry about, and will give you a very noticable power jump over a stock CRX Si engine.
