car stalled out
Ok so I've had this happen once before, where my car was ideling for a few mins and it stalled out, it took nearly 2 weeks of trying everyday to get it to start up, ended up replacing the main relay (the one that says rz-0063) took another day of trying to push starting and jumping to get it to start, well it happened again yesterday went and checked the relay and its working fine, so I'm not really sure whats going on, I know I can smell unburned gas after a while so it's not that, as for compression I'm pretty sure thats working ok and I just put in new spark plugs after I got it running the last go around, I would think that it only has these problems after stalling while ideling that this would be a good starting point for ideas.
Maybe the injectors are messing up? Not sure haven't had this happen before this car.

Check the grounds (valve cover, transmission, thermostat, and car frame connections) and battery connections.
(_Meaning_: disconnect, clean, and reconnect; also look at the cables and their connectors. If they're bad, replace them.)
Too many electrical problems are just bad connections.

Ok, after spending a day of clearing ecu codes doing all kinds of things I'm finally getting the same ecu code after clearing the ecu before each new attempt, it's always 16 blinks which is code 16 correct? If I found the right list that is saying the injectors are acting up, once the car starts it does work well but it takes days sometimes to get it to start, hope this helps a little.

Any ideas on why they would only work some of the time and not always? This is my daily driver so it's kind of crippling me right now for work.

Close, when I pulled off the distributor cap I noticed something odd, that 'spring thing' was stuck IN and I know right off the bat it wasn't like that when I put it on so I pulled it back out put the cap on and it started up first try, so I'm gonna get it replaced just to make sure its workin fine but would you know why that was happening?

Ok it's only been what 2 weeks, and it's back to square one, checked the cap it's fine still no go hasn't had a problem starting or driving since then. Went and started it up this morning got half way out of the driveway and it stalled out, hasn't started all day since.
Any Ideas on what the source of the headache is? I go back to work monday and need to get it resolved so any help is great.

Just in case someone finds this thread months from now, I just went up to autozone and they tested the coil, it's trashed so I'm picking up a new one, if this it he last post then yeah it worked.
I do this cause I've gotten a lot of answers for my problems by reading old threads.
