HA!
my dad and I used his very nice impact gun, and we also tried a big ass breaker bar, even using our legs and all on the breaker bar... no luck
we're not small guys, I'm 230, and he's 180 all muscle.
we ended up sayin ****it and took it to honda.

Putting about 3 drops of air tool oil in an impact gun before use is the only way to guarantee that it will reach it's rated torque ability. Dry air vanes mean that an impact gun will only make about 75% of it's rated torque.

3 ft breaker bar with a 4 ft pole on it, hang my skinny ass on it, and you make more than any impact wrench!
Anyway, best of luck...

To get the one off my B16, I held the flywheel with a big wrecking bar through the inspection cover, and attached (with bolts)a 4' breaker bar to a stop sign post about 8' tall (no questions please). Somebody had to hang on the end of the post before it finally broke loose. Remember, righty tighty lefty loosey.
Good luck

hook it high pointing out of the engine bay and pull down.
sure would suck if he was doing it the wrong way this whole time.
btw, what magic are you fools using to get an impact gun in there? theres barely enough room for my breaker bar.
