So ive been working on my 91' crx for a very long time due to the lack of money and parts. I can finally say im close to completion but i keep running into some small problems with both my clutch and a proper starter that fits on the bellhousing.
Clutch: The clutch pedal inside the car will "not" retract after I press it to the floor to shift gears. I checked the clutch cable and found it to be alright and the connection to the transmission is good but the actual transmission arm that attaches to the cable moves somewhat freely.
Starter: I bought the engine from a friend and there was no starter, so i tried every starter I could think compatibale with the B16a1 and nothing fits.

So i was wondering if anyone had any ideas or maybe suggestions

Clutch: the fork is on wrong or the pressure plate fingers are busted/sticky

Starter: buy one from honda???

Sweet man thanks, i didnt originally want to tear into the transmission but im starting to realize i have to.
That starter is a bitch though i dont know what to do with that.

get a starter from a 90- 91 integra there the us conter part for the b16a witch is a jappenize motor
