civic engine oil come out ((((help))))))

hey i have a civic and when ever the car is running and i open the oil filler cap theirs oil coming out from it not allot but some drops...will it need a new engine or the drops come out because the car is runnig?????please help me out....

Its normal to get some minor spray/spatter coming from the filler cap when its removed and the car is running....

what do you expect? there are a lot of moving parts in the head if you open the cap of course some oil will come out
