If you're referring to an Si model you may have clogged sunroof drain lines. A common problem. -scott

One method has been to put an air chuck on a compressor and blow the lines clear from within the sunroof channels (at the rear of the track, IIRC). -scott

Pry up the long strip that runs along the side it's leaking on. There is one on each side above each door. Use a flat head screwdriver, being careful not to bend the long narrow piece that you pry up, because of course, you'll need to reuse it. Use some silicon to cover the hairline cracks you see up under that piece and re install the piece back over the silicon, glue, or whatever you use that will keep water from going in. The cracks looked so small, that i thought there was no way it could be leaking into there, but it was. It could also be the sunroof drain tubes clogged, or the rear washer nozzle thing, but when my 91 crx si was leaking exactly where you said yours is, it was leaking from where i just told you.

Yeah drip rails look for cracks in the seam filler. when it leaks it travels between the panels till it comes out the opening around the hatch strut dripping off the strut.
