Default Car has funny vibration

I did a b16 on my crx and drove it for the first time last night and it has this crazy vibration coming from the passenger side. Im not sure if its the axle or the tranny, What should I check?

hmm are your wheel hubs good, when i had my single cam in my car i had no problems when i did a ls vtec swap it was really noticible jack up your car and shake the wheel, look to see if the upper ball joint is stiff and see if there is play in your wheel bearing by shaking the tire, also check all other ball joints and make sure all your bolts are in, possibly your axle bolt could be loose.

check the rear engine mount and see if it is resting against the chasis subframe. sometimes there isn't enough clearance, and the metal lip needs to be bent down.
the vibration is very obvious, especially at start up.

I think the problem is coming from the passenger axle. I think it might be too long. When I turn the wheel to the left it stops doing it. What year axles am I suppose to use? I used 92 axles.

You sure you put the axel in all the way? Does the car vibrate when it's not in motion? If so then it's not the axels.
