Default CRX d15 tranny issues

hi all, im new to hondas, so please excuse my french...
I just bought a CRX a few days ago. It has a d15 motor.

Anyways my problem is that after the car gets a little warm it doesnt want to get into gear. I just replaced the tranny fluid yesterday with some mobil 1 super syn, and that didnt fix the issue. Me and my freinds are thinking throw out barring?

Well I made a video of it also so you guys can see. At the end of the video is when everything goes bad, I was just sitting in the same spot

On the left hand side of the engine by the lower rad hose there should be a black knob in which the clutch cable passes through. turn this knob left or right, forget which direction moves the clutch point which way but you will figure that out soon enough. anyways thats all i know for clutch adjustment but if there is more someone else feel free to add to/correct me
