ok, i retarded the timing, and the exhaust doesnt reek nearly as bad (and doesnt burn my eyes 
)
I'm going to go get it tested. I dont know where the accelerator pump arm is... Ah well, if it fails, theres always tomorrow
Well, just got back... it passed on NO AND CO this time, but still failed hydrocarbons... I'm going to see if I can get a waiver

Dropped the car off at the shop, told em they got a 200 dollar limit (if it doesnt pass after 200 dollars of emission related work, I can get a waiver).
