If you did a swap was the rex a dpfi or mpfi model? When getting a ton of codes always go for the engine grounds first. I have seen first hand what a solid engine ground (or lack of) do to fix/hurt a swap. Other than this I need more info on what all was changed etc before I can give more advice. Good Luck with it =)
