Default 88 CRX, 93 integra rear disc conversion question

I own a 88 CRX Si, and did a complete rear disc swap from a 93 Integra. everything was straight bolt on, I changed the entire trailing arm out. everything works fine except for one thing. it pushed the tires out past the fenders, so now my tires are rubbing the fenders on the outside and not going into the wheel well. was there something I was supposed to do to avoid this or is that just the way it is. need some advice from a fellow crx'er.

I would say you did what was to be done, you might go witha different offset on your rims. Maybe try to roll your lip under maybe. :hsdunno:

ohh, the I was under the influence that you had to swap out the lower and upper control arms with the integra one's. would that pull the wheel in some more? that juts might be it.

yup that might be the case, swap in the civic upper/lower control arms and see how it goes.

its the offset on your wheels. the stock offset is 45 for a crx, and yours are probably lower like 35-38. its on the backside of the wheel.
