Well, your plugs don't look completly horrible, but your dizzy is REAL dirty, i would use some starting fluid and spray the crap out of the inside of your dizzy, and wipe it out. Starting fluid will work good, becasue it disipates and leaves no residue. Also, I would change your cap and rotor asap, it looks to be a little burnt.

Also, when you turn your key on, does your check engine light come on for 2 seconds then shut off? You should asl ohear a whizzing or whinning noise from your back seat, if it isn't whining, then you need a new main relay. You can try and hit your main relay while starting the car, that should get it started, then drive homne and go from there.

If I were you I would replace the cap, rotor, plugs, and wires.

They look like they need to be replaced anyway.

Did you get that other spark plug out ok?

double check your gaps on the new spark plugs, use antiseize, and dialetic grease.
take a peak at the distributor shaft and make sure it's not damaged,
a new cap and rotor is a good step to troubleshooting the problem

No SPARK!

So my friend got home from his trip to the US with his truck and hauled my car back to my house and he determined that I have no spark...but now what.

I have changed 3 out of four spark plugs...one is seized...and I'm having trouble with it.

I have also put in a new dizzy cap and rotor.

Now....?

No spark could mean bad coil or bad ignitor (both are in the distributor).

The coil converts 12V to thousands of volts and the ignitor sends the voltage/energy pulse to the spark plug creating the spark at the correct time.

Is there a way to check which it is...or just replace both (which I'd rather not do)?

If not...which one would you recommend I go at first?

is it a dual point if it is then look at ur ecu under the carpet on the pass side footwell. if it flashes 13 i think the number is then its ur secondary injector which will cause it not to have saprk along with not starting.

Now that you have someone to help you, when you crank the engine can you locate where the screaching is coming from?
Any possibilty of swapping a known working distributor in?

It's MPFI not dual.

I will track the screeching...
