Default Oil for my B18a1

Hey does anyone know how much oil i need to put into my B18a1 motor.

About four quarts. Put in three and start checking the dipstick. When full, start and run the engine to fill the oil filter, shut it down and check again.

i prime the filter by pouring some oil in it before installing

priming the filter is another way of saying "i'll definatly need a shower after this"

The only car that actually needs that is hybrid Civics that haven't been updated as per the last recall... they throw a low oil pressure CEL if the filter is not pre-filled. That aside, all Honda cars keep oiled well enough to have no problems starting with a dry filter. Its no worse then starting the car after it has been parked for a week.
