Default 89 crx need help ( NO POWER OR LIGHTS)

please need help here...just started today..I just pulled in from my driveway and took a shower then when I tried to start my car it won't start..no lights,horn,or even a sign of power into any electrical parts of the car. I tried putting a new battery..no use still show no power or anything. replaced main relay still no power. does anyone have this problem before? please help me..thank's guys..

check all the fuses and the ignition plug. also clean batery terminals and check grounds. thats the best advice i can git without knowing more.

okay did all the above..still no power..I must be doing something wrong why I still have no power..ready to give up on this car already..any other pointers guys./???

One more thing to check... make sure the battery negative terminal is making good contact with the car's frame/sheet metal.

Assuming you have tested the battery and it's good and you have no power anywhere it can only be a few things. Again, check all the connections on the battery cables and test the cables themselves for breaks. Test for +12V at the main (underhood) power bus. Check all the fuses in the under-hood fuse box.

If you get past that point, you have to have power SOMEwhere. See what works and what doesn't and report back.
