Default b16 swap running badly!

I did a b16 swap in my 91 hf..starts and runs but with both o2 sensors hooked up it spits and sputters..went and bought new ones and everything..i know the 2nd o2 is pinned correctly (c8).. I tried just running with the primary..and just running with the secondary..and running with both..still same prob..i don't get why it runs better with out them!!?? Any suggestions on how to fix it??

Thanx

don't know if it will fix your problem but, with the HF you need to cut the wire at ECU pin B9 - it was for reverse signal to HF ECU - PR3 and PW0 ECUs supposedly have nothing at that location, but if you don't cut the wire, they don't run like they should
