Default Civic kinda bucks at low speeds/idling. [HELP]

I'm not sure what's exactly wrong, and I'm definitely a noobie. I own a automatic 90 Civic DX (stock/besides the exhaust). But it is bucking and sorta hesitating at low speeds and while i'm idling. Any ideas? I put in a quart of oil the other day. The thermoter doesn't show it overheating, and there is enough gas. Any ideas? The only thing that worries me is that i bottomed out the other day, because my car is soo low to begin with. I don't see any leaking or anything, and when i started up my car today the check engine light flashed on very very quickly then went off. Anybody know what might be causing it?

Thanks ahead of time

When was the last time you did a routine tune up?

Plugs
Wires
Cap
Rotor
etc....

ive got a 5spd dx, and it tended to buck a bit, i was having problems with my tps and injectors, i just ran some injector cleaner through my tank for about 4-5 tanks and the injectors were allright, and the tps just had some loose wires for some reason so i just cleaned them up and reinstalled them. and now im problem free good luck
