I drove through some pretty deep water yesterday. Almost a foot deep car was bogging out but I kept it running till I got through. Its running fine but the steering is kinda stiff its not returning to its center position after a turn I gotta help it and its strange as hell. Its does come back most of the way but not like it used to be. Good thing I didn't have a nice aem cai.

Sounds like a front tire low in air.
Do you have power steering? Maybe the belt is slipping.

Might I sufggest that you may have gotten water in the steering rack or that the tie rod ends need cleaned out-look at the rubber covers and if torn-new ends.
