Default B16b

Hey guys. How can I tell if my engine is a true B16B? Can I tell by looking at it or do I have to open it up to see? Any help would be appericated.

It is very obvious by looking at it. A real (unmodified) B16B will have a red valve cover, a fat-and-flat intake manifold, and "B16B" stamped on the flat on the transaxle side of the engine, halfway down the block.

The head will also have a PR3 casting stamp.

Yeah, but that isn't so easy to tell just by looking at it.
