Default 89 civic dx exhaust problem

Whats goin on guys... i just bought a 89 civic DX with a B18a1 in it. my problem is that it has a custom exhaust with no cat or res. i need it to pass inspection, and i don't have a lot of money right now...I was wondering if anyone had a relativly cheap solution

Buy a cheap cat and have an exhaust shop weld it in. That's about as cheap as it gets.

aiight man thanks....
also soes anyone know what and where I can get a stock gsr clutch...
Im a newbie at 5spd (im only 16 and just got my license) and my civic has a stage 2 clutch...
hard as balls to learn on

Why do you want a GS-R clutch? They are the same as the RS/LS/GS within the same model year.

You need to figure out if you have a 90-91 or 92-93 flywheel and clutch and replace it accordingly.

Jsut keep what u got and save the money to pass ur exhaust inspection.
