Check all your bushings and controls arms for play or worn parts.

Default Tree Leaning in the Wind.

I have heard that the left lean is because more weight is left of the centerline of the car-engine,alternator,steering and driver.Lowering seems to make the problem more obvious. The CRX is an aggressively driven model but is spot welded like all cars, over time it will affect the chassis. The chassis over time may remember this stress and flex.I have noticed that SIs have this more than HFs because they weigh more and probably were driven harder.Turning flexes the chassis, the weight imbalance gets amplified by turning and thousands of turns would flex chassis towards that side.My CRX is perfect when right seat is filled and left is empty, you could try tightening bolts after driving first to settle suspension and adding weight to right side while tightening.
