without stock motor puts out about 160, if your intentions are to trubo it shoud be no problem to get well over 220 whp with around 5-8k b16 complete swap will run you around 16-1700 shipped. and then you can do major maods once you get it.

Well, thats not always the best idea... Different engine mods will work together, and some will counteract each other... And some are just pointless on a 220HP setup (fuel rail for instance since the stock fuel rail is fine upto 500HP)... So I wouldnt 'go nuts' just for the sake of going nuts... Just plan and buy according to your budget and goals...
The easiest way to attain 220HP is probably a boosted B16A...

B16a? B18a?? need sugestions!!
I would suggest a search.
You may have all the money in the world but not enough brains to do a search on a topic that has been beaten to a pulp daily. Tons of info on motor specs and motor combos, what is best etc....just do some research!

One motor people forgot about although cost more ia a B18C1 (Gsr) motor 170hp. You would have money left over for intake, exhaust & headers. Good luck w/ whatever you choose. Another thing IMO is a na motor will always be more reliable than turbo or supercharged.

thank you everybody for your coments back to me!! this will help alot. i got a buddy at work that was telling me today about how he's got a b18a1 in his 91 civic HB n all he's done is put headers, full exhaust, bigger intake manifold, intake kit and sum sparks plugs n shit n has over 190hp already. im thinking about either goin with the b18a1 or the b16a.. still don't know but probly one of the two... how much does the b18c1 cost around by the way????
