Default zex- comp camshaft vs. crower camshaft

hey guys I'm planning to buy a camshaft for my honda crx. but I'm not sure which cam is better. which camshaft is better on a low,mid, high rpm the zex comp or crower cam?

well since i have seen zex on ebay for really cheap i would go with crower just cause they are known already

There are all kinds of different cams u can buy that will give u different gains over certain rpms. I'm no expert, but different lift and durations combos will offer different advantages. Usually, camshafts are offered in "stages" and an increase in the stage usually sacrifices idle quality for a higher reving-engine and produces more horsepower at those higher rpm levels.
