CRX stock ride height

CRX stock ride height
Does anyone know the correct stock ride height for the CRX and how to measure it? Is there a simple way to measure - like maybe from the ground to the bottom of the door or maybe center of wheel to top of fender opening?

If your talking about what the cops measure it by, its the front and rear bumper support, In VA it has to be at least 14" in the front and like 16" in the back. I know, Ive been pulled over like 3 times for this.

I need to know because I'm replacing my shocks and springs and I'm not sure what my drop is now. It's got adjustable coilovers but I want to put lowering springs on instead. I just want to know how low I can safely go with my 17's without having to worry about the wheels rubbing when I turn, etc...
Right now they don't rub and I want to keep it that way.
All the lowering springs I've seen tell you what the drop is from a stock ride height.

Yes it helps a little. I can get an overall measurement from the roof to the ground but I can't tell if my front and back heights are right or not. My rear could be an inch high and the front could be an inch low but the top of the roof would seem at the right height.
Could someone give me a measurement (stock CRX) from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the fender edge in the wheel opening. Front and rear please.
Much thanks in advance!
