Type R Final Drive? How good are they?

RPM = ruining peoples motors.
i had a friend with a stock ls motor inside his 92 hatch with an itr trans. he ran 14.7. if he didnt have that trans i know he wouldnt be able to run that. maybe mid 15s or low 15s max. this isnt bullcrap either...and yes i was there!!!!! when he ran it. i also understand this is diffrent from the question of b16 trans to itr trans. but even with a b16 trans i doubt that my friend would have ran what he did. maybe it would have but a bone stock ls running 14.7 is damn good for me.
