We ended up just taking it to a shop to have them use their impact on it... Took them 5 friggin minutes, we spent days and it didnt budge! So they tighened it back up a bit just enough to get us home and we got it right off...

The first time I did this, I used the 5th gear/brakes/braker bar trick. Peice of cake.
Now, I have a 1000lb-ft max brakeaway reverse torque 1/2" impact gun. Zero effort.
