Default d15b7 head to d15b2 block swap Q's

Firts, I'm asking because the car (88 DX hatch auto) is $300 with possible head gasket issues and I have a ton of d15b7 parts(from three parted 92 dr LX sticks).

Can it be done? If so, what's the easiest way?

Can I just swap the head and keep everything else 88?
