Default Fast Car..

Okay, i have a 90' civic LX, and i want it to go, well.. fast. Its a 5 speed, and has 195,000 miles on it. its all stock, (1.5L, fuel injected..etc.) My priority is the engine, but if their are any really good body kits or anything for an LX, then let me know. If its possible, id like to make it around 7 sec. or less from 0-60. im open to any suggestions. i guess you could call me a noob, but i just want a fast car without buying a new one. Any help?? thanks.

agreed. and 7 sec 0-60 doesn't = that fast. deffinately swap the d15, look into b18s & such, and turbo.

Let you know of any bodykits? Are you kidding me?..im not looking around for a body kit for your LX, no offense.
Usually people look for making their car quick in the 1/8 or 1/4, not 0-60...who says that?

I actually dont see a problem with looking at acheiving a greater 0-60 time. Your more likly to go 0-60 or close to it on a daily basis then you are going to be able to run a 1/4 mile straight while timing it.
Now a 7 second 0-60 will EASILY be met by just swaping the motor for a GSR but if you want the car to be quick and actualy FEEL quick, then boost is the only logical way to go. Id say b18b swap+ boost FTW
