Default 86 DOHC CRX Si

I have a 1989 LS Black Top USDM D16A1 118 horse in a 86 crx si, It has the high top pistons and the lighter rods then the 86 and 87 acura motor, I have a few questions about the block, Do any of the newer vtec heads match up to these motors? Would a d16z6 head match up to it? Would it be better or eaiser to rebuild a fresh head for it, Mill it, regrind the valves, polish and match the ports, new valve seals ect. Cam gears, cams, I want some reliable bolt on horse power, i dont want to be blowing the head gasket every time i take it out with a turbo. Any body have an Idea on standing quarter mile times, it has a 2004 Tiburon gt v6, celica turbo, 3 wrx turbos, 2 gsr, 96 civic with gsr swap on its kill list, 2 H22A vtec preludes, a couple people around town told me mid to high 13's, Im thinking mid to low 14s
